These Terms & Conditions govern how members create an account, communicate and pay for premium features on MatchAsian, the verified Asian dating platform connecting members across 33 countries. By registering, you agree to use the platform honestly, treat other members with respect and accept the credit-based billing described below.

Using the MatchAsian Platform

Every account on MatchAsian, whether free or credit-funded, is bound by the same conduct rules. These clauses summarize what we expect from members and what happens when they are not followed.

Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to create a MatchAsian account. One account per person is permitted, and the details you provide at registration must be accurate.

Honest profile information

Photos, age, location and relationship intentions listed on your profile must reflect who you actually are. Misrepresenting your identity undermines the verification process described on our how it works page and is grounds for removal.

Respectful conduct

Members are expected to communicate respectfully. Harassment, solicitation of money, abusive language or attempts to move conversations off-platform to bypass safety checks are not permitted.

Suspension for misuse

MatchAsian may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, including fraudulent activity, fake profiles or repeated conduct complaints, at any point during the matching process.

Billing terms

How Much Does a Dating Site Cost on MatchAsian?

Registration and profile browsing on MatchAsian are free, with no payment required to create an account or view verified profiles. Paid features run on a pay-as-you-go credit system rather than a fixed monthly subscription: you purchase a credit package and spend credits on actions such as messaging, video calls and advanced search. New members also receive bonus credits at sign-up to begin conversations before buying anything. Questions about specific charges are answered in full on our FAQ page.

What credits unlock: Sending messages, starting HD video calls and using advanced profile filters all draw from your credit balance rather than a flat monthly fee.
Purchasing credits: Credit packages are bought individually as needed. There is no automatic recurring subscription tied to your account by default.
Renewal & cancellation: Because credits are purchased one-time rather than auto-renewed, there is no subscription to cancel - you simply choose whether to buy more.

Refund policy

Unused credits are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact support with your account details before the guarantee window closes.

Limitation of liability

MatchAsian provides an introduction and communication service only. We facilitate verified connections, but members are solely responsible for the decisions they make once a conversation moves offline, including travel, meetings and any relationship that follows.

Your data

Information you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy, including how it is stored and protected. Cookie-based tracking used for site functionality is explained in our Cookie Policy; continuing to use MatchAsian confirms your consent to both.
